Troubleshooting and resolving drug claim issues for members, physicians, and pharmacies. Instrumental in implementing the Medicare Part D pharmacy program and processing Medicare Part D transitions. Performing NCQA quarterly audits and maintaining assigned reports, logs, databases, MAC pricing, on-site and desk audits.
