I oversee the general operation of the store, including sales, staffing, payroll and pharmacy. I meet frequent and ongoing deadlines, manage multiple priorities and have specialized interaction with the public. Additional responsibilities include product ordering with the use of EDI systems, vendor relations, inventory management, register use, customer service, cash report maintenance, bookkeeping, budgeting, merchandising, hiring and training of employees, pharmacy support, and conflict resolution.
